XOXOMate has ZERO tolerance for users who are rude, upload nude photos or does not follow our Terms of Service in any way. Any user caught doing so shall be deleted. Users who are deleted may not be able signup to the site again.

To edit your profile, first log in to XOXOMate from here and then navigate to top right corner menu and find “Update my profile” button on the popup.

No, your username is unique, so you cannot change your username once it is created. This is your identity on XOXOMate.

To send message to someone, please search for the person's username using any search form from our search menu. From the search result you will be able to see whether the person is online or offline. You can send message to the person using the button called chat.

To block a user, you have to search for the person using their username or other criteria. Once found, go to their profile and click on the block icon to block the person.

To unblock a user, login to XOXOMate and navigate to top right menu. From the popup, click on My profile and navigate to top right tab called “Blocked friends”. All blocked friends will be shown there. To unblock a friend, click on “Unblock” button from the top right column of the table.

To set your match criteria, log in to XOXOMate and navigate to settings page from top right menu and then click on Set match criteria.

To see your matching based on your match criteria, go to the home page and navigate to My matches tab.

To change your password, go to login page and click on “Forgot password” link.
